HF/DF (High Frequency Direction Finder), nicknamed huff duff, was a technique used during WWII
(mainly by the Allies) to pinpoint the position of enemy subs through the encoded messages
they sent. Using HF/DF they couldn't decode the messages but they could see where they were
being sent from and then avoid/bomb the sub.
That, of course, has nothing to do with this page. Here I just post media rumours that
interest me. 95% of it will be about movies probably. Being a sportive chap, I'll always
mention the source of the news I post (in brackets behind the title).
What HUFF DUFF is not: a reliable source of movie gossip. I only post what I care about
and what I find important enough (eg no 'the cast of LOTR ate bagels today!!!') The news I get
is from other sites on the net, I'm not here to provide scoops from my inside spies in
Hollywood. I won't archive this stuff, everything a few days old vanishes forever. This page
can be updated multiple times in one day or not for an entire week.
